The holding company LS Kunststofftechnologie GmbH was formed in 1985 and today is a leading processor of high performance polymers. The technically-based injection mouldings made from high-performance materials are primarily used in the automotive industry and in medical equipment.
Almost all the processed plastics are high-performance polymers. The production is focussed on:
- seal rings and thrust washers in gear boxes and drives
- highly wear-resistant components subject to sliding and other forms of friction
- maintenance-free and low maintenance plain bearings
- precision parts and multi-component applications
Inhouse material compounding and testing, the research and development department and an inhouse toolroom complete the range of LS advantages.
With two production sites in Wertheim/Main and Neuhaus am Rennweg, both located in the middle of Germany, LS provides flexibility and capacity.
