Production
We have a total of 45 modern injection moulding machines with clamping forces varying between 20t and 200t available for round the clock production. As very high performance plastics require a wide range of surface treatments, we also have a complete range of equipment for this purpose, including dry air dryers, vacuum chambers, and forced air furnaces for tempering or sintering. A large number of semi-automatic or manual work-stations for mechanical processing or component assembly complete our range of production facilities.
Multi-component injection mouldings, hard-soft composites, extrusion and blow moulded containers with capacities of up to 500ml, as well as insert moulding with the associated handling technology have all formed part of our range for many years; these processes are therefore standard practice in our every-day production.
All production machines are connected to a master computer which transmits production orders and records process parameters.
DNC operation ensures maximum precision and reliability as all set-up parameters are transmitted to the machines in electronic form.
Our qualified production personnel consists of specialists such as plastic die sinkers and production fitters, most of whom were trained in-house.
