Our own Mould Construction Department provides us with a high degree of flexibility and independence.

We use not just conventional equipment but also cutting-edge manufacturing technology:

Sub-contracting is limited to very special processes such as thread grinding, high-gloss polishing or PVD - and, of course, we restrict this work to very carefully selected and experienced specialists.

In order to achieve the precision necessary in the manufacture of an injection moulding die, we use an integrated clamping system in all the machine tools (including 3D metrology equipment), thus achieving a reproducibility of < 5 µm.

All the stages in the production of moulds are coordinated by a production planning system - this procedure increases productivity and makes best use of the available resources.
