As part of our philosophy of self-sufficiency, we design all our own injection moulding tools. Using computer-supported simulations of the injection moulding process to provide filling studies, any weld lines, air inclusions or warpage tendency in the relevant component can be detected at an early stage.
This process also allows such measures as the variation in the position of the gate or the component cross section to be introduced as early as the tool design phase. These, in turn, mean that expensive corrective grinding on the finished tool can be avoided. Time, as well as money is therefore saved.

We currently have 9 CAD work-stations with 3D software. All the data formats common at the present time are available for communication with our customers.

The CAD-CAM link provides a smooth and accurate data transfer to the precision tool-making area.
